Five stages. No mystery.

Every campaign moves through the same public pipeline. Supporters always know exactly where a campaign stands.

1

Request or refer

Private intake. Ask for yourself or refer a neighbor or local business going through it.

2

Verify

Identity and need documentation reviewed by people, respectfully. Never by an algorithm alone.

3

Publish

Goal, timeline and exact verification status visible before anyone gives.

4

Support arrives

Money, goods, skills, referrals, time. Nonfinancial help is first-class here.

5

Payout and updates

Funds go to verified accounts, often direct to landlord or utility. Outcomes documented.

Six ways to show up

Money is one option among many. Time, goods, skills and connections count just as much. The colored bars are the Sustainable Development Goals each path advances.

I need assistance

Housing, utilities, medical, transport, funeral costs, family crises. Ask with dignity. Referrals are never required to receive help.

Request support

I want to donate

Back a verified local campaign. Fees itemized upfront, updates after funds land.

Give to a campaign

I can refer someone

Know someone going through it? Refer them privately. Referrals unlock founding status, never access to assistance.

Refer privately

I represent an organization

Churches, nonprofits and neighborhood groups co-verify campaigns and connect local resources.

Partner with us

I can volunteer or offer services

Legal aid, tax help, repairs, driving, childcare. Local needs meet local skills.

Offer skills

Become a founding supporter

Back the pilot financially or as a sponsor. Help set the culture before we scale.

Become a founder

Precise claims, not vague badges.

We never call a campaign audited. Every trust indicator states exactly what was checked, and who checked it.

Independent CPA firm

Published quarterly: an independent CPA firm runs agreed-upon procedures over contributions, fees, refunds and payouts, and we publish the results. Sample report language: Procedures confirmed that 99.4% of reviewed campaign funds were distributed according to published policies. (Illustrative figure.)

Straight answers.

Is my contribution tax-deductible? +
Usually not. Contributions to individuals or for-profit businesses generally are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and every campaign states its tax status plainly. Some nonprofit campaigns may qualify. No surprises at tax time.
How do you verify campaigns? +
Three layers: identity verification on every organizer, document-based review of the stated need, and verified recipient accounts through Stripe Connect. Higher-risk cases route payments directly to landlords, utilities or vendors so money never touches personal accounts.
What are the fees? +
A transparent platform fee plus standard payment processing, itemized before you confirm any contribution. Optional tips support operations but are never required. Nothing hidden, ever.
What happens if a goal is not reached? +
Partial goals still pay out because partial support still changes lives. If verification fails or fraud is confirmed, contributions are refunded under a published dispute policy that is documented in our quarterly CPA procedures.
Do referrals gate access to help? +
Never, by design. Requiring three referrals would exclude the most isolated people, which is exactly who mutual aid exists for. Referrals unlock founding status and recognition only.
What about my privacy? +
You control your story. Verification documents stay private with our review team. Public campaign text is yours to edit, and anonymized updates are available on request.

Real people helping real people. Out loud.

Community is the engine. Verification and clear rules are what let people trust it. Join the founding community and invite three people who believe in people helping people.
